for my project today, i chose to create a mini album using the new Here and Now pages

 woodland park "play" album

i cut the butterflies straight from the pp

you're gonna love these brads, they're absolutely beautiful

i wanted to stitch the word "play" negative on the front of the cover, so i traced, lightly, with pencil onto the page, then stitched the tracing, erased the pencil and added some dimension to the word.

and here are some of the inside pages of my album
page 1

i love, love the stickers in this line, they are happy and for everyday life.  love the bike and that flower scallop trim sticker.....swoooon

 page 2

 i LOVE these bunnies

page 3

 washi tape

 and tidbits

page 4

 cute turtles too?

page 5

it's fun to stitch a clear pocket over the journal tags and fill them with fun confetti of all kinds.  i also cut one of the journal tags in half and adhered the pieces to both sides of my picture.

 page 6

the journal cards make fun picture mats too for the album-sized pics

i love this pre-printed banner here and now page, was so fun to embellish

so IF you want a chance to win this collection, make sure to stop by the OA BLOG and leave a comment.

the next step on the hop is the incredibly talented

for my project today, i chose to create a set of cards and a guest book (for the kids to write birthday messages at my son's birthday party) i created a sketch and used the sketch to create each of the cards and the front cover of the guest book

here is the sketch
(click pics to enlarge)

i wanted to create a sketch emphasizing the fun "B" sides of the OA Cakewalk line, so i began my sketch with the background pp.

i love these little birthday critters so much, they make me so happy.  i cut them from the pp and adhered them using 3-D tape.

i created the "banner element" using my circle punch.  i punched half circles, then adhered them to heavy white card stock and trimmed around the outside of the banner.

i wanted to change up the "banner element" this time for a card that could be used for any-occasion

i have wanted to create a "birthday guest book" for my son's birthday party.  i want a place for his friends to write him birthday messages at the party, since several of his closest friends are military families and will be moving soon.  i decided to use the sketch to create the cover of his guest book.

using the sketch made creating the cover page so easy and fun with these cute little critters.  i cut the title with my Cameo

thank you for visiting me today.  if you create with the sketch, we'd love to see your creations in

hugs and so much love♥
