♥ i can share my happy news ♥

i am so thrilled to be able to share the happiest of news.

my sweet and amazingly talented friend, becky  not only began my love of everything jillibean, she has been the most supportive encouragement to use and not hoard my jillibean soup papers and embellies.  i want to thank her for encouraging myself and others to apply and share our love of jillibean.  

i also want to share that i know so many amazing people who tried out and know their jaw-dropping work, i am absolutely humbled to have been selected because they are truly the most amazing designers and inspire me every single day.   thank you jill and kimber for this amazing opportunity!!!

and what would a post be without some cards to share?  not too good in my honest opinion ;)

 

my eldest son is in college this year, starting his freshman year, and he play football.  he is a long ways from home and i could not be more proud of him, but oh how i miss him. i created him a couple of "miss you" cards using the  jillibean soup game day chili line

♥ masculine cards jillibean style ♥

good morning.  how are you?  

 i wanted to pop in here to share a couple of the cards i created with the jillibean soup game day chili line.  i love, love this line because we have 3 boys and 1 girl here (who also plays sports) so it's the perfect line for our many sports layouts and necessary cards.

these ticket die-cuts from this paper make me so dern happy and i wanted to have them be the focal on at least one of my cards.

these stars, oh these stars, they make me happy, a rainbow of stars....swooon.  so, i left them to be the focal on this CAS card and i love how colorful they are.

my boys love all three sports very, very much.  during each season, they tell me whatever they are playing at the moment is their "favorite sport".  so i had to create a card with all three of the sports on it, now they will fight over who gets this one....giggle.

i loved the circles from this diecut paper and wanted to make them the focal of a card.  the cute hearts and stars are so fun on these and make me smile.
