♥ life is good October Afternoon Travel Girl ♥

good morning!  how are you?  how was the weekend?  we had a great one with lots of much-needed family time. i was happy to be asked by mandy koeppen to participate in her scrap's challenge this week. it was so fun, and i had a PILE of itty bitty scraps from cards and projects as you can see below!

and here's the layout i created with it

(yes, for a YEAR, every time i took this child's picture he would give me "funny face" and there's a LOT of different "funny faces")

 i wish i would've counted exactly how many different pieces, strips or block of scraps i used but it was fun to "quilt" them together

 this stack of suitcases may be one of my most favorites embellishments, i just love it!

 

 finding a home for even the punched shapes in my scraps pile

 i love all the embellishments in this line they are layered and lots of fun to play with!
